1. Email is moving from marketing collateral to relevant customer experiences.

Targeted and relevant emails, such as newsletters, are key in driving and growing audiences to your website and other channels. In a recent study, 91% of B2B marketers identified email as the number 1 success metric for content marketing.

2. Print materials are on the rise after years of steady decline.

Major brands like Airbnb and School of Doodle have launched their own magazine in order to break through the digital noise. The new, more targeted print materials will complement online content while providing stand-alone value.

3. Mobile optimized content isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s a must.

In 2016, mobile Internet usage surpassed desktop usage. Content on websites, downloads, emails, and everything else needs to be optimized to fit the smaller screen.
