Overview:

BYO(i)DENTITY is a book about the future of the relationship between employees and their employers. It discusses the growing technology trends, how they play into the workforce, and how everyone can better prepare for those changes. Knowing this book needed to resonate with a younger demographic, while also appealing to management level employees, we designed a book cover that everyone can relate to.

What We Did:

Knowing that this book was about everyone having their own identity in the workforce, we started with a common theme for employees: coffee. It seemed like the right analogy for a unique individual working in the context of a large organization. We created the coffee cup illustration to reflect this idea. Even the typography reflects this idea. The “i” represents the small individual working for a big company.
